The Bluegrass Region of Kentucky offers numerous trail riding opportunities for mountain bikers. Most local trail networks are found in our parks, but there are a few land areas that offer trails for mountain bikes too. The trails in our region are primarily singletrack consisting of dirt, roots, and limestone rock, and traverse rolling hills with occasional steep slopes.
